2023 Nash Cup – Opening Round Preview

The 2023 NASH Cup kicked off last night with the Lightning Matches. A great crowd witnessed two draws of 16 which were completed in under 75 minutes featuring PSA; Western & local athletes. These were single elimination games to 3 point (must win by 2). Many locals were able to extend their game beyond 3 points, and western players Amin Khan and Ben Boulanger managed to progress to the second round. Hard fought finals ended with Sanjay Jeeva of Malaysia beating Salah Eltorgman of Canada (Western) in pool A and Alina Bushma of Ukraine beating Wen Li Lai of Malaysia.
