Nash Cup Day 5
Last night’s “barn burner” was the latest finish the NASH Cup has experienced in its 6 year history. Two of the four matches took an hour and a half, and it was 11:30pm before the final point was won. Full details are below. Tonight’s PSA Semi Final matches begin at 6pm and both will feature Canada versus England.
The women’s final begins at 8pm featuring top seeds Milou Van Der Heijden (NED; 52) and Maria Toorpakai Wazir (PAK; 55). Both advance on 3-0 victories over their Canadian opponents.
135 additional squash players will descend on London Squash this afternoon as the 11 amateur divisions begin. Players are coming from all across Ontario and Michigan.
